You can now search by item in the BidWrangler catalog app! You can search across all active auctions, or in a single auction.
There is a new “stock number” and “private notes” field at the item level (and available on the BW catalog app). These fields should helpful while cataloging.
We now offer a Pay Now link on our invoices. - This sends a payment link in the email for any unpaid invoice. Buyers can click the link to view their invoice, then use a credit card to pay for their purchases. The paid invoice can also be downloaded.
NewInvoice Portal - This is a new tab in the bidder's account, which will show all current and past invoices. If on a desktop, the user can also download copies of their invoices from this tab. If Pay Now is also enabled, the buyer can pay invoices directly within the app, in both desktop and mobile app environments.

Watchlist report - This is a new report that allows an admin to see how many people have starred a particular item. It also includes the ability to download the user information of the people who starred an item – handy for auction companies who are savvy at re-marketing. The watchlist report can be found in the reports section.
Seller import - Sellers can now be imported, similar to how the bidder import works. Of note, an admin can also specify a commission and tax rate in the import by adding columns for the corresponding IDs.
Deleting auctions - We have removed the ability for admins to delete an auction. If you need an auction removed, please first unpublish it in the admin portal, and then contact our support team, who will be happy to delete it for you.
