Multi-Par Is Here

Multi-par

At BidWrangler, our job has always been to build technology that helps auctioneers run better auctions and serve their sellers with confidence. For years, that’s meant investing heavily in speed, stability, bidder experience, and the tools that make your day-to-day process smoother. Today, we’re excited to share a major step forward in that mission: BidWrangler now supports multi-par.

This is something we’ve quietly been working on over the past year. We didn’t rush it. We didn’t cut corners. And we didn’t release it until we knew it could perform at the level our clients expect from us. Multi-par isn’t just a feature... it’s an entire auction model with its own demands, pressure points, and expectations. It deserves a thoughtful, rock-solid implementation.

Why Multi-Par Matters

Multi-par gives auctioneers a way to sell land and real estate in a format that meets buyers where they are. Whether bidders want an individual tract, a combination, or the whole property, multi-par lets the market decide where the value is. For high-dollar, complex assets, this format often produces the clearest and strongest outcome.

Our clients have been asking for a trustworthy, stable multi-par solution for years. Not everyone needs it every week, but when you do need it, you need it to perform perfectly. You need bidders to understand it. You need updates to be real-time. You need totals to be accurate. And you need the software to hold up under the pressure of fast changes and high expectations.

That’s why we built it.

We wanted our customers to have every tool they need to auction property in every way possible: timed, live, simulcast, and now multi-par. Sellers shouldn’t have to compromise on format. Auctioneers shouldn’t have to stitch together multiple systems or settle for a platform that’s “good enough.” And bidders shouldn’t have to deal with confusing workflows or broken math.

Multi-par belongs inside BidWrangler, right alongside everything else.

Field-Tested and Already Producing Big Results

Instead of launching multi-par with a flashy announcement, we took the opposite approach. We partnered with experienced, trusted auctioneers to test the system quietly, refine it, and put it through real pressure in real auctions.

The results speak for themselves.

John Nicholls and Tony Wilson used our multi-par system to sell 1,600 acres of land for $10,175,000. It was a major test of the platform: large tracts, strong bidder interest, and serious expectations from both the sellers and the team.

Tim and Trae Dudley held their own multi-par auction using BidWrangler and closed their 220 land sale at $1,966,250. Another high-stakes, multi-tract event. Another strong result. Another sign that this tool is ready to go to work for auctioneers across the country.

What Comes Next

Multi-par is a major milestone for us, but it’s not the finish line. We’re continuing to refine, test, and expand the feature based on the real-world feedback we get from clients who are already using it. Our goal is to make this the most intuitive, reliable multi-par system in the industry.

And we’re not stopping there. Multi-par is just one part of a larger roadmap focused on giving auctioneers every tool they need to win listings, close deals, and grow.

Want to See Multi-Par for Yourself?

If you’re curious about how multi-par works inside BidWrangler or you’re thinking about using it for an upcoming project, we’d love to walk you through it. The best way to understand this system is to see it live. Reach out anytime and we’ll set up a personal demo.

This is a big moment for our team and for the auctioneers we serve. We’re proud of what we built, grateful for the clients who trusted us early, and excited for what this unlocks moving forward.
